Processes and Methodologies

Council truly partners with its clients in a comprehensive way – working through every step in the process of installing the Council’s FUSE Model [family, unity, self-esteem, empowerment] and programs. Our process is straightforward – our staff, clients and advisors work hand-in-hand as a team focused on well established goals.

Phase I– planning with the client through analysis of the issues, program design and development

Phase II – implementation, creating detailed start-up plans, providing ongoing training, program management and integration

Phase III – evaluation, evaluating of implementation and program results and documenting these results and best practices
